Since I offer non-tangible, irrevocable, digital goods, all sales are final and I do not issue refunds based on satisfaction.
Damaged Replacement Exception
If you have purchased a printed physical copy of my music which has been damaged during shipment, email me at cording.org@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery regarding the issue and include photos of the damaged packaging & music.
At my descretion, I will either:
(1) reship a replacement copy of the damaged music to you, or
(2) provide you with a download version and refund the difference in price between the printed and downloadable editions.
Beyond replacement for damage, no returns or exchanges are permitted.
You are responsible for understanding this no refund policy before making a purchase.
Product Delivery
My digital products are delivered via a link sent by email. On rare occasions an email can be delayed or missed, or en up in a junk folder. If you don’t receive an email containing the download linke within a few hours after placing an order, please contact me by email and I will send yu a fresh download link.
Limitation of Liability
The music on this site is provided “as is” without warranty or conditions of any kind, including any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, suitability, accuracy, or timeliness. In no event will I be held liable for:
(i) any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, expenses, other damages or costs, attorney’s fees, or any other negative impacts) arising out of the use of or inability to use my music, download my music, or any delay in receiving my music, or
(ii) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in my music and/or musical materials downloaded or delivered from this site.
All the music found here is protected by international copyright. You may not modify, make derivative works, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute, in any manner, music from this site. Of course, you may download and print the music you have purchased from this site for your own personal use.
